I'm especially interested in how people interact with systems: who has agency, how power moves, what makes learning and collaboration possible, and how we can design structures that are both more humane and more effective.
That curiosity moves across disciplines — from shipping software to running workshops to making participatory art — but the thread is always the same: helping people act with more agency inside the systems they're part of.
